We want you and your dog to love your WellKin order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email support@wellkinpets.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll send instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email a photo to support@wellkinpets.com within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost to you.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except when the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those cases we cover it.
