Sizing

How do I pick a robe size? Measure your dog's back length (base of neck to base of tail) and chest girth, then use the size chart on the robe product page. Between sizes? Size up.

Shipping

How long does delivery take? Orders ship within 1–3 business days; US delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. You'll get a tracking link by email.

Do you ship outside the US? Not yet — US only for now.

Returns

What's your return policy? 30 days from delivery for unused items in original condition. Full details on our Returns & Refunds page.

Products

Are the lick mats food-safe? Yes — food-grade, BPA-free silicone. Dishwasher safe (top rack).

How do I wash the robe and towel? Machine wash cold, skip fabric softener (it clogs microfiber), tumble dry low or hang dry.

Is the car hammock safe? It protects your seats and keeps your dog in the back, but it's not a restraint — we recommend pairing it with a crash-tested harness.
